Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Late cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the scheduled service fee will be charged.

No-show: Failure to attend without notice will incur 100% of the full service fee.

If we are able to rebook your appointment, the cancellation fee will be waived.

You may transfer your booking to another person if they are happy to attend and pay for the service.

Repeat late cancellations / no-shows

Clients who repeatedly cancel within the late window or miss appointments may be required to prepay or provide a deposit for future bookings.

How to cancel or reschedule

Please cancel or reschedule by phone/text/email through the same method you used to book, or via the booking link in your confirmation email. If you need help, contact us.

Courses & Group Classes (IAIM Baby Massage 5-week course)

To secure a place on a multi-week course we require full payment at the time of booking. Once a course booking is paid, refunds are not normally available. ​

If you or your baby are unwell for a class: You won’t miss out — we review and repeat the same strokes at the start of the following session so you can catch up.

If you are unable to complete the course due to a serious illness or exceptional circumstances: You will be offered the opportunity to join another group at a later date, subject to availability.
